Colgate-Palmolive launched a CSR campaign to mark 20 years of being close to Romanians

Colgate-Palmolive decided to mark 20 years on Romanian market in a representative way for company’s activity by now, by donating 2% of whole sales made in July for the renovation of Romanian hospitals. Together with the social component, the company prepared for its consumers a series of special surprises in stores and online, thanking them for their attachment to  Colgate-Palmolive brands.

Since entering Romanian market, the company launched a lots of products, but also had a rich CSR activity, including health educational programs and financing programs to support institutions in Romanian medical system.

The 20 years on Romanian market  are celebrated by Colgate-Palmolive with a dedicated integrated communication campaign. Running under the tagline “For 20 years close to you”, the campaign involves in store and online activities, also including a strong CSR component and a promotional side, as the consumers will be rewarded with prizes from company’s portfolio.

Within the campaign, for each of company’s products brought in July, 2% of the price will be donated to renovate Romanian hospitals. The national campaign runs frum 5th to 22nd of July, in over 100 stores that are part of commercial networks like Carrefour, Real, Cora, Auchan, Kaufland, Mega Image, Billa or Cash & Carry (Metro and Selgros).
