Business, OOH / DOOH

According to an official announcement posted on its website, APG|SGA SA sold its Romanian participations, in the context of its international participations’ downsizing process.

The company sold its entire participation in Romania to the present local CEO, acting together with co-investors. Ownership transfer will take place in compliance with Romanian law requirements. As a consequence of this action, APG|SGA definitely withdraws from the Romanian market.

This transaction represents another important step for APG|SGA SA towards focusing its business activities on its home Swiss market, as well as on its activities in Serbia.

APG|SGA SA is Switzerland’s leading Out of Home media company. Listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich, APG|SGA covers all aspects of Out of Home advertising: on the street, at the airport, in shopping centers and train stations, in mountain regions and on public transport – from poster campaigns with the widest coverage and large poster spaces to state of the art digital advertising media.
