Romanian Agerpres launched a free-to-access public newsfeed

Business, Media

Romanian state news agency Agerpres launched, on Tuesday, a public feed meant for all publications who want to access for free moment’s most important news from domains like politics, economy, justice, social, sci&tech, health, foreign news, culture, media, sports, lifestyle and documentaries.

Agerpres continues this way its mission to promptly and objectively inform, offering to Romanian press the option to permanently connect to quality news and journalistic materials.

The National Press Agency comes to help Romanian mass-media in a difficult moment for our colleagues, offering freely a part of its news feed. We are aware Agerpres’ role is also to support private media, as much as possible, aiming to improve the level of public information

Alexandru Giboi

General Manager Agerpres

According to Romanian Press Club, “taking over information freely from press materials can be made within the 500-signs limit, without surpassing half of the news or article (…) It is mandatory, in this cases, to quote the source of the information”
