The Christmas parties, the bonuses and the festive dinners – already traditional methods for the companies that are celebrating with their employees and they are rewarding them for their effort during the year. For Provident, December is one of the busiest period of the year, the period in which the Custom Relations’ team handles with patience, energy and dedication, thousands of calls a day.
In order to thank them, Provident, with Jazz’s team help, initiated “Apeluri fericite” (Happy calls), a project-marathon that took place during two days. Every Call Center employee received an un-returnable loan of good disposition, under the form of a personalized phone call, in the holidays’ spirit.
On the phone were interpreted live carols by the tenor Adrian Popescu or the children choir Meloritm and traditional wishes that surprised them, brought up emotions and made them smile.

The initiative continues with the series of the reveals regarding the company’s activities, something that Provident already got us used to.
The Provident team that realized the campaign was coordinated by Marilena Barliga (Marketing Director) in collaboration with the Communication, Human Resources and Sales departments.
