How to find the needs of online clients, a subject to be approached at TeComm Bucharest

Clients retention is one of the key aspects online stores are aiming for in order to develop their brand and sales, especially considering the continuous shift in clients’ preferences.

At TeComm Bucharest, the British speaker Mike Bainbridge (Chief Digital Technologist Rackspace) will present the ways one can find out the needds of the online clients. With over 18 years of experience in IT, Bainbridge is in charge with UX, performance and success criteria at Rackspace, company active internationally within the cloud computing sector.

A similar theme will be approached during the event by Eugen Potlog, UX Lead&Product Manager Conversion, part of eMAG group. He will present the way the relation with the clients in online can be beyond simple. Eugen has over 10 years of experience in digital and was involved in developing in some of the most known Romanian online platforms, Profitshare and Conectoo.

Marketing is another element that needs attention when it comes of e-commerce and this will be the theme approached by Attila Birtha, Digital Marketing Strategist & founder Proclick.

Among the speakers of the event are also Richard Prenderville (CMO & Fondator, Peloton Digital Marketing Group), Richard Clark (Marketing Director Boohoo), Nick Lansley (Innovation Insider Nick Lansley’s Innovation Lab), Carlo Terreni (General Manager, Netcomm Suisse), Sven Bally (founder and consultant, XETA) or Horia Grozea (Online&Mobile Payments director, Netopia).

TeComm Bucuresti will be moderated by Ovidiu Joita (Owner, Iagency).

This year, the event – taking place under the tagline Sell them your story! –  is scheduled to take place in Romanian capital on April 26-27.
