At the end of January, the agency GMP PR launches the division dedicated to Employer Branding. The event takes place in the context in which the labor market in Romania confronts itself with a never-seen before dynamics and more and more employers develop communication platforms meant to inspire, form loyalty and retain their employees.

The new division has a team of four persons for the beginning and is coordinated by Catalina Seitan. The division will offer consultancy in the development of the employer branding both internally and externally, will create recruitment and loyalty campaigns, campaigns of internal communication, but also tactical actions meant to support the HR’s objectives.

Our agency responds to some of market’s needs. Finding and keeping the workforce is one of the main concerns of our clients today. Millennials and Generation Z put never seen before pressure over the employers and change the communication module. The traditional motivating methods such as bonuses and teambuildings work less and less, the new employee profile awaits memorable experiences at the workplace. Will win those companies that will have a realistic strategy of employer branding,” said Ioana Manoiu, Managing Partner, GMP PR.

In the last years, alongside our clients, we’ve resisted the challenges that they had in the communication with their employees and potential employees. Alongside my team we approached all the communication areas – from recruitment and employment brand positioning to loyalty campaigns. Our expertise includes collaborations with local companies, from medium dimensions, but also multinationals with tens of thousands of employees. We studied in depth the psychology of the new generations of employees and we’ve put to the companies’ disposal the benefits of our gathered expertise,” added Catalina Seitan, GMP PR.

In 2016, GMP PR was the first agency that launched a department of Brand Journalism and another of Measurement & Consumer Behavior. They joined the department of Crisis & Issues Prevention and Management that celebrates eight years today.
