Andrei Cohn, Cohn & Jansen’s creative leader, is the Romanian juror to evaluate shortlist work for the Brand Experience & Activation category at Cannes Lions 2019.

With an educational background in art, Andrei Cohn has been working in advertising since 1996. He started at JWT, launching his own agency in 2002. In the last 20 years, he has won local and international awards. For a while he directed TV commercials, then wrote and directed short and feature-film movies presented in local and international festivals.

“Arest,”  his second feature-film, will be launched later this year.

Andrei Cohn is one of the Romanian creativity’s legendary figures. He is among the few creative directors interested in global creative competitions since early 2000s. Until today, he looks  at the festivals as a fertile territory for learning and ideas exchange, never as an ego display. He dislikes ghost advertising and has a true nose for it. With his natural appetite for substantial solutions, implemented impeccably he will make a remarkable judge
