Impact announces new CFO and continues leadership team investment

Impact, the global leader in Partnership Automation, today announced the appointment of Joo Mi Kim as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO and a member of the executive team, Kim will lead financial planning and analysis, accounting, global clearinghouse, human resources, legal, facilities as well as investor and board relations. She will drive the success of Impact’s ability to plan, track the execution of and account for global business operations. Based in Impact’s New York office, Kim will report to Impact CEO, David A. Yovanno.

Kim brings over 15 years of combined experience in financial planning and operations, investor relations, investment banking, and economic consulting. Most recently, Kim served as CFO of Aera Technology, an enterprise SaaS cognitive technology company. Prior to Aera, Kim served as the Vice President of FP&A and Investor Relations at Qualys, a leading IT security and compliance SaaS provider.
