IPP Holding announces a turnover of 65.3 million euros for 2024, up 16%

IPP Holding, a company in the retail marketing sector, achieved an EUR 65.3 million turnover in 2024, reflecting a 16% increase compared to the previous year.

“The organic and acquisition growth of the last year was also supported by the expansion on international markets and by a continuous development by expanding the portfolio of clients in fields such as FMCG, energy and IT&C. Currently, we are also focusing on a growth based on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) that gives us fast access to new markets, people and technologies”, stated Ionuț Valeriu Corniciuc, owner of IPP Holding.

The company has a workforce of 2,615 employees and a portfolio comprising 174 clients.

The group offers integrated solutions to increase the performance of brands in retail, from merchandising, distribution, commercial representation services, personnel leasing, commercial training and certification, promotional logistics, to BTL, advertising and audit of points of sale and robotic shelf promotion for some of the largest companies in the field of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and companies in the fields of IT&C, banking, oil & gas or energy.

Digitalization, regional expansion, diversification of services, and strategic collaborations are the primary factors that contributed to a rise in IPP Grup’s turnover over the past year. Regarding its internationalization strategy, IPP Grup continued to expand into new markets in Central and South-Eastern Europe, including countries such as Bulgaria and Poland.

In addition, by adding digital retail services (including in-store robots) to its portfolio, IPP Grup consolidated its Retail Media services, which are now offered through a larger number of commercial chains via the Retail Media Hub agency, in 2024.

IPP Holding also completed the acquisition of the majority stake (90%) in the company Imersia Multichannel Agency.

IPP Holding is the sole shareholder of Instore Power Provider (IPP), a company founded by Ionut Valeriu Corniciuc 19 years ago, and holds various participation shares in companies in related fields, including promotional logistics, retail media, and in-store robotics.
