Romanian Oxygen appoints Andreea Filip as Chief Business Officer

Oxygen, one of the largest independent integrated communications agencies in Romania, has appointed Andreea Filip as Chief Business Officer (CBO), a newly created role within the agency’s management structure. As CBO, Andreea Filip will be responsible for driving the agency’s growth strategy through the development and diversification of its client portfolio.
