Carmen Bistrian joins LePub as Global Director of Creative Excellence & Awards, working alongside Bruno Bertelli and Global Chief Creative Officers Cristiana Boccassini and Mihnea Gheorghiu.
With a career spanning over fifteen years, she has consistently championed creativity as the driving force
behind global networks and complex multi-market organizations. Having honed her craft at McCann Worldgroup, she built and led the Creative Excellence program from regional to global scale, delivering
one of the most decorated runs in the industry, including 9 consecutive Grand Prix, 2 Titanium Lions at
Cannes Lions.
From 2022, in her international role, she continued to raise the creative bar across the network. Most recently, she served as Interpublic Creative Excellence Advisor, ensuring creativity remained a top strategic priority across the group.
Combining strategic insight with cultural fluency, Bistrian has spent her career elevating ideas to their
highest impact, believing that exceptional work is the product of deliberate, sustained creative ambition
at every level of an agency.

Alessandra Turra joins LePub as Global Head of PR & Communications reporting directly to Bruno Bertelli, CEO & CCO LePub Worldwide, leveraging extensive experience in PR and brand communications,
grounded in fashion and editorial contexts across international markets.
Over nearly a decade at WWD, Turra became Fashion Editor, cultivating a sharp creative sensibility and a
profound knowledge of how culture and image shape brand perception at the forefront of the industry. In 2021 she transitioned to the brand side, joining Aeffe Group as Global Head of Communications, a role
she has held for over four years, leading communications strategy with global reach.
Her strength lies in connecting strategy and creativity without friction, leading multi-market teams toward
ideas that travel, resonate, and drive measurable results. She designs storytelling ecosystems where
earned media, digital amplification, and talent converge to build visibility and influence at scale.
