The Practice – 5 nominations in finals at EMEA Sabre Awards

Romanian PR agency The Practice has the most nominated works – 5 – in the finals of EMEA Sabre Awards 2012 and this is the third time when the agency gets a record number of nominations for Romania. In 2008 and 2011, The Practice also got 5 nominations on the finalist list.

We are very proud and happy to be in the Sabre Awards finals again, for the 5th year in the row. The Practice already has 11 Sabre Awards, among which the Grand Prix of the European competition in 2008 and the 1st Global Sabre Award for Romania in 2011. The Practice’s nominations at EMEA Sabre Awards 2012 are “Meet the Indestructible” for Varta Romania in “The Balkans” and “Consumer Electronics” categories, “125 Women for Change” for Avon in “Corporate Image”, “Transparency is Gold” for Rosia Montana Gold Corporation in “Issues Management” and “Launch of the 1st e-learning platform for family doctors: Stay updated, stay competent” for SNMF in “Healthcare Providers”.

Also, 6 other Romanian agencies have 9 nominations in the competitions, among which Rogalski-Grigoriu with Victoria 20.20/ Siemens and Letter to Santa for Liberty Center.

Sabre (Superior Achievement in Branding and Reputation) Awards are organized by The Holmes Group, company leaded by Paul Holmes, the most appreciated PR analyst. The awards were organized for the 1st time in US and, nowadays, with a 25 years tradition, are recognized as the oldest and most important PR competition in America.

In Europe, Sabre Awards have a 10 years history and are already known as the most prestigious competition dedicated to PR industry. Agencies in over 30 countries and thousands of PR programs from EMEA were attracted until now in this competition.
