Swiss Ringier sells Evenimentul zilei and Capital to Romanian TV network

Ringier Romania announced, in a press release, that it sold Evenimentul zilei and Capital to make its portfolio more efficient and use its resources to develop its portfolio online.

The value of the transaction hasn’t been disclosed, but according to www.Paginademedia.ro, the two publications were allegedly sold for over EUR8 million.
