Millions of people all over the world buy and trust Philips products. For 5 years, Philips was voted the most trusted appliances brand in Romania, as Trusted Brands study, made by Reader’s Digest, showed.

The initiative is part of “Thank you for your choice campaign!”, implemented by Philips in Romania, in its partner stores. The money return is available for any appliance, personal care or electronic product from Philips, excepting TVs, monitors, fax machines, mobiles, light lamps, batteries and other consumables. During a year, each client can return only one product from a certain category(if you returned a kitchen robot, you cannot return a second one, but you can return also an audio system or a hair drier).

The return procedure is simple: the product must be sent in its original packaging, with all accessories, guarantee certificate, a copy of the invoice and the promotion’s filled in forms, to a postal box in Bucharest, in top 30 days from the buying date. To be returned, the product must be functional and to not have problems caused by improper usage.

Philips initiative proves the trust the company has in its products.
