Romanian state news agency launched an Ombudsman service

Romanian state news agency Agerpres is the first to introduce Ombudsman institution among press institutions in Romania.

Ombudsman aims to consolidate the trust in Agerpres through a dialogue between the agency and the citizens, organizations, institutions, associations and so on

The Ombudsman will bet equitable results to complaints made against Agerpres and will encourage transparency and quality journalism.
