Tempo Advertising recently launched the events division Tempo BTL. The new entity is run by Carmen Zahiu (Rotaru), former General Director at MediaPro Studios. Therefore, Zahiu comes back to the Tempo family, agency in which she made her advertising debut in 2004, as Junior Executive in the BTL department.
In 2006 Zahiu became BTL Director Tempo Advertising, position she occupied until 2010. In all of this period, Carmen Zahiu (Rotaru) worked and coordinated hundreds of beautiful projects for the agency’s clients, among which Danone, Orange, Petrom, Raiffeisen Bank, Mercedes-Benz Romania, Colgate Palmolive, Actavis, Realitatea TV, Unilever, Kiwi Finance, New Kopel, Porsche Group, etc.
In 2010 she felt it was the time to make a change that coming under the shape of the position of Sales Director at the MediaPro Studios. There she launched MediaPro’s BTL division, named MediaPro Live Events, working for clients such as OMV Petrom, Mercedes-Benz Romania, BAT, and, of course, the group’s clients, ProTV and MediaPro Entertainment.
Alongside me came in the Tempo BTL team four people from Media Pro, some of the best people in the market when it comes to events, production and field. I united these forces with the creative and project management teams in Tempo and it resulted a complete BTL team, with a true innovative approach. We have Event Producer, Event Set Designer, 3D Artist, Strategists, Copywriters, Art Directors specialized in BTL. Alongside the permanent team we have a large range of partners with whom we collaborate depending on the project’s necessities, from event directors, script writers and stage designers, to special technical equipment providers. The result is a complete production team that has demonstrated it can approach no matter how complex needed projects, from events to TV shows.
