Romanian Caroli Foods Group wants the best promotion for its Maestro range

Creativity, Marketing

The Romanian producer of  processed meat and packed products, Caroli Foods Group, launched a campaign, “Probably the best paid job in marketing”, aiming to find the best promotional idea for the Maestro range of 100% natural, no E-s, no preservatives, no additive and no added nitrites products.

Starting from the requests from consumers who wanted natural products in this category as well, nationally, after 3 years of intense work, together with the R&D and production departments, we recently launched what, both for us and our consumers, is “best in product” in this category. We also targeted and reached the most ambitious objective in this category. And the best products deserve the best promotion. As the Maestro range is the direct response to our consumers’ requests, we thought that the idea of promoting those products should also come from them. Therefore, we launched the campaign “Probably the best paid job in marketing”

Anamaria Bajan,

Executive Director Marketing & PR  Caroli Foods Group

The campaign rolls during September 26th 2018- February 15th 2019 and targets all the Romanians, more than 16 years old, that want to get involved in this endeavor, no matter their previous experience. They have the possibility to enter the campaign as CREATOR, by proposing an idea that they consider to be good for the promoting of the Maestro range with 100 percent natural ingredients, in the shape of a movie or a presentation. At the same time, the Romanians over 18 years old have the possibility to express their preferences by voting the ideas proposed by the Creators, on the platform  www.celmaibineplatitjob.ro.

As we already use to surprise our consumers with attractive prizes, we offer them this time a prize that’s not a prize. It’s a job. Probably, the best paid job in marketing. Therefore, the person that will be chosen to be our colleague in the marketing department at Caroli Foods Group will be rewarded with USD 10.000 monthly (for only 10 hours of work weekly) for his /her involvement in the proposed idea
