Design Thinking Forum 2019 to have on stage 5 internationally renown speakers

Design Thinking Forum 2019 is scheduled to take place in Romania, on September 18-19, reached its 3rd edition and it is organized by Marketing Insiders Group. At this year’s edition, the organizers have invited 5 internationally renown speakers that will share their views on international business.

Jeanne Liedtka, author of “Design for Growth” and one of the most influential contemporary thinkers regarding business at global level, Adam Radziszewski, Innovation Director Oracle US, Kai Frithjof Brand Jacobsen, Director of the Peace Operations Department / Patrir , Lars Lin Villebaek, Chief Delivery Officer OpenExO and founder Educatefor.Life and Luca Martini, Head of Advisory, South East Europe, PwC. They will take the stage on September 19th to present Romanian audience the most interesting perspectives regarding the design thinking concept.

Besides the foreign professionals, the event will also have local speakers, professionals with a remarkable career like Nansi Lungu, Behavioral Analyst BitDefender, Diana Stafie, Future Strategist & Partner futureStation and Magda Ropotan, Innovation Coach & Partner Design Thinking Society, co-founder Design Thinking Forum.

The first day of the event, September 18th, will see unfolding a series of added-value workshops for those who want to explore the practical relevance of Design Thinking in areas like HR, Social, Customer Experience or Artificial Intelligence.

Catalina Banuleasa, expert UX, will coordinate a work group focused on empathy and artificial intelligence.  The empathy subject will also be approached by Randy Salzman, professor, journalist and co-author of “Design Thinking for the Greater Good”. And, because besides concept, Design Thinking is a process, Dragos Gavrilescu and Alina Balan, from Design Thinking Society, will guide their audience through a practical experience, “learning by doing” style. At her turn, Ana Krasovschi, HR Director Carrefour Romania, will address, during her workshop, the human relations.

HR-centric is also Corina Ghiatau’s workshop, that will approach the topic of innovative processes. In the same time, Customer Experience is an intense subject for those who want growth in business, so Tudor Juravlea – Design Thinking Society and Madalina Vilau – Marketing Insiders Group will focus on mapping clients’ experiences and resetting them from the Design Thinking perspective.

Divided in two sections, workshop and conference, the event is conceived to answer in an up to date and articulated manner to the general questions regarding Design Thinking, but also to those niched, approaching niche and subjects demanded by the business community.

During the last decade, Design Thinking became equivalent with innovation, performance and applied creativity.
