Oana Oprea (Jazz Communication) is the Roger Hatchuel Academy’s Romanian winner following the competition organized by The Alternative School for Creative Thinking. Alongside her team-mate, she previously qualified for the Eurobest Festival through the same educational program, dedicated to creative studies.

In order to qualify for the prestigious Roger Hatchuel Academy, with courses held during the Cannes Lions Creativity Festival in October this year, young people under 23 had to apply via a 2 minutes video, showing their imaginative skills and explain in a creative way why they deserve to be among the winners.

As TikTok is the medium that became, overnight, Z generation’s favorite, Oana took advantage of the viralization and uploaded a funny and entertaining clip in which she proves why she should be jury’s choice. Alexandra Radu (Rogalski Damaschin), David Blake (Cannes Lions), Bianca Dumitrașcu (Character by Character), Anders Lange (Entername), Miruna Mihalache (Albalact), Sebastian Olar (Creative Partner Creative Circles), Inayed Khalid (MBQ), Filip Gonzacenco (Publicis Paris) were part of the jury selecting the shortlist.

Oana is a graduate of the National School of Political and Administrative Studies, a Digital Creative Planner at Jazz Communication and won, previously, different other competitions focused on arts and communication.

Diana Cobzaru, Lavinia Amitroaie and Alexandru Ilie were the other 3 finalists. Their applications can be explored on The Alternative School’s youtube platform.
