Branding, Business, Start Up

Skanska România takes the way to digitalisation and innovation and signed the implementation of the VR presentation platform developed by Bright Spaces.

PropTech startup Bright Spaces closed a partnership with Skanska România for the implementation of its 3d visual interactive for Equilibrum project, owned by the real estate developer. The platform will go live in October 2020, a first for the Romanian market, and plays an important rol in the current pandemic -influenced context.

the partnership between Skanska România and Bright Spaces is a continuation of the relationship developed during a PropTech hackaton organized by Skanksa last year and where Bright Spaces scooped first prize in Leasing and 3rd in the general top.

Bright Spaces, start up founded by Bogdan Nicoară and Andrei Constantin, develop the digital solution with the same name, representing the first integrated solution to fully VR visualise the available spaces in the offices buildings. In Romania, the platform will be used for the first time for the Equilibrum project, developed and owned by Skanska in the north of Bucharest.
