Advertising, Festivals, London International Awards

London International Awards (LIA) 2021 is open for entries, with entries finalized by 28th February 2021 to be invoiced at 50% of the standard Entry Fee. Beyond that date standard entry fees will apply.

Works entered must be broadcast, published or released between Sep 1st 2019 to August 8th 2021.

For 2021, LIA added two new competition, Transformative Business Impact and Creative Use of Data, while The New changed the name into Evolution.

  • Transformative Business Impact – recognizes that creativity does not just live within campaigns, it now plays an influential role in the enduring transformation of businesses including their operations, services, products, internal experiences and customer experiences. This medium doesn’t just recognize work that promotes solutions to customers; it recognizes the solutions themselves.
  • Creative Use of Data – recognizes entries that demonstrate the fundamental role of data in inspiring, powering and enhancing creative work.

“Our aim is to give as much clarity, as early as possible to our clients. The world looks forward to getting back to normal. Because of this and in an effort to maintain our annual schedule we have amended our eligibility to include work released from 1st September 2019 through 8th August 2021. LIA will host 16 jury panels who will judge all work across this period.” said Barbara Levy, President of LIA.

Levy added, “We recognize that the world is in a difficult place and that the industry is in a state of flux, but everything we hear tells us that creativity is and always will be important going forward for brands, for agencies, for consultancies and for individuals. LIA has always believed in supporting the industry in any way possible. This year we have put into effect a pricing policy that will help the industry in its quest to honor creativity, crystallize what great work looks like and what new innovations inspire.”
