Polish and Hungarian e-commerce markets are developing very dynamically. This in turn requires extensive activities. IdoSell was one of the first globally operating SaaS shopping platforms. We believe that our more than 20-year experience can help develop e-commercein Poland and Hungary and other world markets

IdoSell is a Polish e-commerce platform which, during the pandemic, significantly strengthened its position on the market: it generated sales equal to 2.72BN euro, three times more then the second largest platform in Poland.

Previously only focusing on Polish market, IdoSell reoriented as domestic companies increasingly started selling outside Polish borders and it had to start conducting support activities for its sellers across Europe and the USA.

The huge success in Poland and a clear technological advantage over the competition made Shoprenter, a leading Hungarian e-commerce platform, decide to sell a controlling stake to the company in exchange for helping it achieve similar success in Hungary.

Paweł Fornalski.

Constant investment in IdoSell development and top-quality solutions made many professional sellers trust us. Thanks to that, the shops operating on IdoSell began to constitute as much as 17% of the entire Polish e-commerce market (compared to 49% for Allegro). Our successes have been noticed in the European markets. That’s why Shoprenter decided that the best option for further development would be to merge the company with IdoSell

There are no borders in e-commerce. Modern e-commerce will be oriented around this trend. IdoSell supports sellers in the integration of the European market

IdoSell acquired the majority stake in Shoprenter with financial support from MCI – leading Polish investment fund supporting the development of new tech and IdoSell’s majority shareholder since 2019.
