New media agency PASHN launches to deliver specialist solutions for fashion, leisure and entertainment brands

PASHN – a specialist media agency serving fashion, leisure and entertainment brands – has just launched. Founded by David Swannell and Adam Hopkinson, together with clients Boohoo Group and Prevayl, the agency will use its long-standing collective expertise in these sectors to deliver relevant and contemporary media solutions for the brands and releases that provide the world’s passion points.

The pandemic propelled the shift to digital, which saw an explosion in online entertainment and ecommerce adoption, completely altering the fashion, leisure and entertainment markets. These sectors accounted for £4bn in UK advertising spend in 2021 and continue to grow rapidly. Working with brands in this space, David and Adam identified an unmet need for specialized media partners that can unlock new ways of reaching and engaging consumers with bespoke, flexible and performance-driven solutions. And this formed the basis of PASHN.

David has over twenty years of experience working with fashion and entertainment brands – including Sony Music, Universal Music Group and Boohoo Group brands – and has developed an AV playbook that uses data-driven analysis for brands needing to demonstrate immediate ROI. This approach saw PrettyLittleThing awarded silver for best long-term media strategy in the 2019 Media Week Awards. Also, with twenty years of experience, Adam has been an agent for some of the biggest entertainment brands, including Universal Music Group, Bethesda, and Studio Canal, and a consultant to a broader spectrum of leisure brands, including Gymshark and The Hut Group and a wide range of gaming brands. He also runs a podcast to help entrepreneurial talent take their first step in ‘going for it’.
