Mircea Munteanu, new Head of Sales Danone Romania

Starting May, Mircea Munteanu takes over as Head of Sales Danone Romania, after he was previously Shopper Activation Manager Danone Romania and Bulgaria.

Mircea joined Danone in 2013 and had different roles over time, including Area Field Manager, Modern Trade Channel Manger, Shopper Activation & Catman Romania and Bulgaria. He also coordinated sales teams and projects at national level and acted as a connector between functions and teams in Romania, with a significant contribution in developing the local business.

As Head of Sales Danone Romania, he will coordinate commercial operations and contribute to consolidate the leader position Danone has on Romanian dairy and plant based market .

He takes over the position from Lubomir Spasov and will be part of the sales leadership team for CEE, reporting to Enikő Bolyós, Sales Director for CEE and Ukraine .
