Yahoo.ro will have its own content; Adevarul de Seara, to become history
- Yahoo.ro online portal, launched in May, will produce its own content, as Daily Business writes, quoting Mihai Fanache, manager MediaCafe, sales house that sells Yahoo advertising in Romania
- Adevarul de Seara will become history starting June 1st, as more Romanian news outlets inform.
According to Pagina de Media, Adevarul will absorb regional redactions. According to Sabin Orcan, editor in chief, Adevarul de Seara will continue to exist “under another form and in a complete new formula”. The regional teams will not be restructured
This is the 2nd free project that is closed in the last couple years, after Ringier closed Compact in February 2009, at that moment freely distributed in Bucharest.

The new entity is led by Andrei Frunza, ex-Neogen that coordinates at this time the online sales of Ringie, as Dragos Stanca writes.
According to Orlando Nicoara, the new sales house is owned, in equal percentages, by Cancan, Ringier and EVZ + Capital.WebVille will sell the most important 2 tabloid sites, Cancan.ro and Libertatea.ro.
