The 22nd Eurobest awards, Europe’s leading creative advertising competition for TV/Cinema, Print, Outdoor, Radio, Interactive, Direct, Sales Promotion, Media, Integrated, Design and also from this year Craft, is now open for entries. All entries can be submitted online at www.eurobest.com. Entries deadline is Friday 25 September 2009

This year Eurobest introduces Craft as a new entries section rewarding excellence of craft technique in Print, Outdoor, Radio and TV/Cinema advertising, over and above the creative idea of the work. Categories include best use of animation, special effects, computer animation, best use of film direction, cinematography and best use of music in the TV/Cinema category. Print and Outdoor ads can be submitted in best use of copywriting, illustration and photography. Radio ads can be submitted in categories for best script and best use of sound while both Outdoor and Print work can also be judged in best art direction.

Eurobest Awards is the premier event to showcase and celebrate Europe’s greatest creative advertising and communications work (…) We are excited to bring the competition to Amsterdam, itself a creative city, where no doubt we’ll see some fantastic work being judged.

Judging of the Eurobest Awards, now established as the largest creative advertising and communications awards in Europe, will take place at the historic Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, venue of the three day Eurobest Advertising Festival, which will culminate in the winners being revealed, honoured and celebrated during the awards ceremony and after party on Friday 27 November 2009.

All entries can be viewed during the 3-day festival, during which a programme of seminars and workshops addressing current issues of the European communications industry will also take place.
