Google launched Google Search by Voice, available in French, German, Italian and Spanish, according to company’s official blog.

Google first developed Search by voice for English, then for Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. Now, this function is available for speakers of French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

The goal is to bring Google Search by voice to speakers of all languages, therefore Google works with native speakers in each country to create the specific models which power the service.

Google Search is available for mobile phones such as Android 2.1 or later, iPhone and BlackBerry, but on some phones it needs to be installed as a special application
