Internetics in 2010: 10 years of festival and Webstyler – Agency of the Year

The winners of the 10th edition of Internetics were announced during a Gala that took place, Tuesday evening, at Opera House in Bucharest. Because it was a special edition, there were also awarded 10 special prizes.

The Agency of the Year award was won by Webstyler, that accumulated the biggest number of points, while the Advertiser of the Year went to ING.

In promotional websites, micro-sites and blogs, the jury awarded a Bronze, two Silvers and a Gold. The bronze went to Odyssey for “Concert la injectoare” realized for Rompetrol, the Silvers went to Kinecto and “TuborgSound.ro – The Romanian music that matters”,client URBB, and Webstyler with “Nae Pop”, for Pfizer. The Gold was won by Webstyler with “Real Football”for URSUS Breweries.

In the Best Use Of category, the winners were Odyssey (“Concert la Injectoare” – Best Use of Viral Video), Apropo Media&Aegis Media for “Driver in Romania” for ProMotor.ro (Best Use of Advertising Games), Interactions for “Spring isn’t coming with one flower” for Hit Mail Group (Best use Of E-mail marketing) and iLeo for “Christmas Wishes” client Petrom (Best use of Banners) and “Rediscover Romania”, client Petrom (Best Use of Social Media).

In the interactive campaigns section, the bronze went to Apropo Media&Aegis Media for “Driver in Romania”, client ProMotor.ro, Silver went to Kinecto and “Tuborg Sound” and the Gold was  again won by Webstyler with “Nae doesn’t have air!”, for Pfizer.

Also, the jury awarded a special prize, for “Best use of Emotion in a technological environment”, to Webstyler, for “It isn’t a story”, client A&D Pharma.


Because Internetics celebrated this year its 10th edition, there were awarded also a series of special prizes that went to:

  • Orlando Nicoara – for his efforts to promote the Romanian online industry
  • Grapefruit- for its contribution to the appearance of Internetics
  • Calin Fusu – foe exporting Romanian projects
  • LiterNet – for efficiency in using internet
  • IAB Romania – for the contribution to industry’s development
  • Greenpixel and Vodafone – for a sucessfull relationship client-agency
  • Cristian Manafu – for his contribution in educating the Romanian online industry
  • Marius Ghenea – for supporting the Romanian online
  • Webstyler – the agency of Internetics’and IqAds’ first decay
  • IQads – for its success registered even if the project had little resources
