Romanian Union of Advertising Agencies has a Danish Executive Director

Romanian Union of Advertising Agencies named an executive director that comes from Denmark in order to implement the new strategy of the organization.

The new executive director is Eleonore af Schaumburg-Lippe, that comes from Denmark and that worked in the last couple years for the Danish Advertising Association.

Eleonore has a post-university diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and is specialized in multimedia design and marketing.

I’m happy to be part of UAPR and I am grateful for the nice welcome I got from UAPR’s members, Radu Florescu and the members of the Board. I am eager to consolidate UAPR’s and Romanian advertising industry’s through the experience I accumulated on the Danish market. My objective is to increase the transparence¬† and the industry standards by instructing and attracting new prople, by increasing the capacity of self-regulation and to put Romania on the international map by being open to work along with other countries

One of the main current objectives of UAPR is to be an educational source for the industry, offering special classes for industry and people interested in media, marketing and advertising.

I’m glad we have Eleonore as part of our team because she brings energy, enthuziasm and a positive attitude that will prove essential to make the action plan for 2011. I believe that, along with the Board, she will contribute to re-energizing UAPR and transform it into a voice for all its members
