Ema Prisca is the new president of Art Directors Club Romania (ADC*RO), while Razvan Capanescu – Creative Chief Officer Publicis Bucharest and Octav Gheorghe – Creative Director Gavrila&Asociatii are members in the Managing Board that will head the organization in the next two years.

ADC Romania is the meeting place of the ones that are fighting for excellence in advertising. Of the ones with an infinite passion for craft and of the ones that put integrity before profit and believe in optimism’s triumph. Through our projects we want to regain the relevance of the creative act and to consolidate Romanian marcom’s trust in the creative solution and creative people

Ema Prisca

Ema Prisca is Executive Creative Director of Grey-G2 Romania and she works for over 13 years in advertising. During her career, she won over 35 prizes for creativity and efficiency. In 2010, Prisca finished Berlin School of Creative Leadership with the thesis “How to the sell the Big Idea. A Tool Kit for advertising agencies”.

Ema is part of the management team of ADC*RO together with Octav Gheorghe and Razvan Capanescu. The 3 members of the management board will continue ADC*RO’s projects, from which the most known is the ADC*RO School, a concept school dedicated to all the young people interested in advertising and that is organized by The Institute.

Besides ADC School, that will continue to look and shape correctly professionals in this domain, Art Directors Club Romania will come soon with a local advertising festival concept that aims to be beyond any controversies. We need to be represented worldwide in the most respectable way and to promote only the best practices. And these projects are only the 1st in a long row of activities conceived to clean Romanian advertising. Stay tuned

Razvan Capanescu

Through the presented programs (ADC School being one most close to me) and the future programs, through the excellent component and dedication, I hope that ADC*RO  will contribute to reviving the Romanian performance in creativity. I imagine ADC as an elite club, multidisciplinary one, that will bring together personalities and projects from a wide area of expression: advertising, design, photo, illustration

Octav Gheorghe

Ema Prisca took over the helm at ADC*RO from Adrian Botan, founding member of ADC*RO and CEE Regional Creative Director McCann Erickson, Partener and Executive Creative Director McCann Erickson Bucharest.

Art Directors Club Romania (ADC*RO) was founded in 2008 and represents a non-profit association that aims to promote and recognize the excellence in creativity and creates a link between Romanian advertising professionals.

ADC*RO mission is to improve the quality and integrity standards in visual communication and to promote, at industry and public opinion level, the importance of those standards.
