Romanian Mercury360 gives an internship if its General Manager gets convinced to adopt a cat

Creativity

Romanian agency Mercury360 launched an unusual recruiting campaign for an internship in the company. The brief to win the internship asks the candidates to convince Radu Miu, that loves dogs and is the General Manager of the agency, to adopt the cat and shelter it in the agency.

The candidates that want to try their powers in convincing Miu to adopt the cat can send their proposals to jigodel@mercury360.ro until October 26th. The final decision will be taken by a jury including Radu Miu (Managing Director), Monica Tanasoiu (Client Service Director) and Liviu Turcanu (Creative Director)

The person that comes up with the most creative proposal will be announced on October 31st and will earn an internship in either strategy or creative department.

The brief, available on agency’s Facebook  page but also here, challenges the people that want an internship in the agency to convince Radu Miu – a dogs person – by any ways and means (by using any methods like crazy ideas in a word document, prints, videos, social media stunts and so on)  to adopt Jigodel, a stray cat that came to the agency, needs a place to stay over the winter and a family to adopt it. Two things to remember: Radu Miu likes dogs, while Jigodel looks like a cat, walks like a cat and “talks” like a cat, not a dog!

The proposals meant to convince Miu will be gathered together until October 26th, while the jury will reunite, to judge and eat a pizza, on October 27th. October 31st will mean not only announcing the winner of the internship, but also the day when there will be decided where the cat will stay for the winter.
