Grey-G2 Romania ended its rebranding and turned into G2 Romania sometimes during the past week, according to a press release sent to a part of Romanian press.
Grey Romania is present for around 20 years on Romanian market and decided to prioritize for the future the shopper marketing and digital direction and to adopt G2 Romania name.
G2, a WPP brand, is the only Romanian agency with shopper marketing dedicated contracts in its portfolio
According to IAA Romania, Dan Medrea, CEO G2 Central Eastern Europe, said that, during just one year, one of agency’s clients handed it exclusively 4 different accounts (retail, DM/CRM, SEO/SEM and internal communication). Also, G2 Romania signed campaigns for many brands that are active in the most competitive sectors of Romanian industry.
The reorganization in Romania under G2 brand allowed us to add a series of competencies, completing the already available offer of a big traditional creative agency – Grey – an agency founded in Romania 20 years ago. We will continue to consolidate those competencies developed by Grey and, in the same time, we will maximize the offer with the competencies of G2 new generation
Dan Medrea was Managing Director Grey Romania from 2009 to 2011 and was afterwards appointed CEO G2 Central Eastern Europe.
