Monica Jitariuc became Partner within The Practice, with 5% of shares. Monica became a partner now, when the agency’s social media business generate over 20% of its revenues.
Monica joined The Practice as Online PR Director in September 2010 and is now Head of Social Media Department. Except Jitariuc, The Practice has the following shareholders: Oana Bulexa – Head of PR Department, Gabriela Lungu – Managing Partner, Stefan Iordache – COO Leo Burnett Group and Roxana Dumitru – Managing Director Leo Burnett.
After joining the agency in 2010, Monica had the mission to develop a Social Media specialized division and, under her lead, the department reached to 4 dedicated people, a portfolio of over 10 clients and a number of efficient and visible campaigns, from which 8 were nominated and awarded at competitions in Romania and abroad.
At The Practice, we believe that, when someone invests in the agency work and passion exactly as that person will do for her own business, when she fights for results like she owns the company, than the agency must be owned by that person also. That is why I promoted, over the time, the best professionals of the agency, people loyal to it, as partners. I am very happy that now the 2 heads of departments, Oana Bulexa and Monica Jitariuc, are associates to the company and that we can this way give a recompense beyond words for their performances and dedication

When I joined The Practice, I knew I was joining one of the best Romanian PR agencies. My challenge was to build a Social Media department that will match agency’s reputation and standards. I am happy I made it and I feel honored that I am offered now the possibility to contribute from another level, with a new perspective. At almost 30 years old, Monica has over 12 years of experience in marketing and communication. Before joining The Practice, she coordinated PR activities at Friends Advertising, but also worked in internal communication (Dacia, Renault, Nissan), commercial marketing &PR (Automotive Trading Services), ATL (Ogilvy&Mather) or institutional PR (Romanian Defense Ministry).
