Romanian Tempo Group’s companies – Tempo Advertising, Rogalski Grigoriu Public Relations and Kinecto – are preparing for the 2nd edition of the internship program targeting students and graduates from communication, media, letters, arts, marketing, architecture, design and tech universities.
For 4 months, the interns selected following solving one of the 2 briefs launched in the contest will work within strategy, creative, client service, PR and digital teams of the group. The most talented interns will be able, afterwards, to start their career in one of group’s companies. At the previous edition of the program, Tempo received applications from over 100 candidates, with 6 being selected as interns and with 2 being hired afterwards.
This year, Group’s clients will be involved in the judging and will host the interns in their marketing and communication departments, offering to them a complete experince, in agency and on client’s side.
The selection mechanism has 3 stages: preliminary selection – individual or team solving of one of the 2 briefs available on Tempo’s blog or Facebook page by May 18th, with solutions send on emailat firstname.lastname@example.org.
Selected candidates will present their nominated campaigns to the jury (including Tempo leaders) and, from their ranks, 6 will be selected to enter the 3rd stage, the internship that will start on August 1st.
