New consumers typologies, to be discussed at Marketing Research 2012


Marketing Research 2012, an event focusing Romanian research market organized by Smark, will take place on June 27-28 and will bring together representatives of Romanian communication industry working in research, marketing, BTL and ATL. The speakers will talk about some of the most relevant aspects of marketing research nowadays – online research, consumption habits, types of users, factors that influence acquisition and using new media in marketing research.

On June 27th, the 1st panel of the conference – Online Research – will focus on online research, a hot subject both for research companies and clients. Speakers in this panel will be Cristina Iordache – Senior Client Service Daedalus Millward Brown, Radu Bogdan – Managing Partner Brennan Research & Consultants, Anca Fieraru – Managing Partner MS Consulting E-Poll, Cătălin Emilian – Country Manager Romania & Moldova Gemius and Mihaela Uriciuc – Senior Client Service Specialist ISRA Center.

“Key consumer trends”, the 2nd panel, will present a series of research developing directions that try to encourage trends in terms of consumption habits, among others. The panelists are   Ada Roseti – Channel Director Discovery Communications and Andrei Canda – Client Service Director Mercury Research, Diana Toma – Senior Research Consultant GfK Romania, Camelia Petrescu – Associate Director Unlock Market Research, Radu Bogdan – Managing Partner Brennan Research & Consultants, Adina Nica – Consumer Insights and Brand Strategy Consultant The Network and Alina Tudose – Managing Director & Head of Strategy CohnandJansen JWT.

Shopper research, the 3rd panel, brings together specialists in research, marketing and shopper marketing to discuss the latest trends. The speakers in this panel are Fabio Martins – Global Shopper & Retail Shopper Director Ipsos UK, Daniel Enescu – Managing Partner Daedalus Millward Brown, Traian Nastase – Online Project Manager GfK Romania, Tudor Galos – Consumer Marketing Manager Microsoft Romania and Malina Titirez – Client Service Director Exact Cercetare și Consultanta and Dragos Carneci – Senior Consultant Synergon Consulting.

Last panel, Debate, will have as speakers Laurentiu Serghie – Managing Partner Daedalus New Media Research, Traian Nastase – Online Project Manager GfK Romania and Costin Radu – Managing Partner The Geeks.

The 2nd day of the event will include Sudoku workshop: building actionable insights from shopper research, to be held by Fabio Martins – Global Shopper & Retail Research Director Ipsos Global
