Godmother, Romanian full service agency, celebrates 15 years of activity on Romanian market and aims for Euro 2M turnover in 2012. During its 15 years of activity, the agency kept developing from team’s and projects’ point of view and expanded its clients portfolio.
Founded in 1997 as Speed Promotion, production agency, the agency became full service in 2004 and became Godmother and a new positioning “Professional Hocus Pocus” following a rebranding in 2008. The rebranding was also the one that marked a refocus on specialization, the approach of integrated communication extensive projects, a creative approach in solving brief, all combined with a higher concentration on delivering results.

In its 15 years of activity, Godmother consolidated its clients portfolio, increased the team and developed its members competencies to match clients’ and market’s needs. Also, the agency set up new departments for services in demand (like its online department, set up in 2011). Moreover, the agency ranked 20 in the Romanian agencies’ top for 2011.
By the end of 2012, we estimate a turnover of Euro 2M, a target pretty easy to reach if we consider the fact that the first 6 months of the year already brought Euro 900,000 in the agency. When it comes of the team, we don’t want to get larger than 25 people, as we think this is the ideal size we can efficiently interact to one another and to keep our spirit, but, even so, we don’t exclude collaboration of any kind, as the shape of the team is given by the shape of solutions
Godmother’s team includes 20 people, from which 7 in Client Service, 5 work in Creation, 4 in Online and 4 have managerial attributions.
