Contact Center Magazine organizes the 5th edition of Contact Center Awards on April 19th, at J.W. Marriott Grand Hotel Bucharest, during the most important event dedicated to call center and customer community in Romania, Customer Care Conference and Expo.
During the Gala, accolades will be offered for professionalism and the results in Romanian call center industry.
The competition takes place both at call centers level, but also in support centers, and participants range is from top management until representative of Client Service department. The evaluation criteria are the quality of the offered services, professionalism level and team cohesion, motivational and innovation capacity of team members and so on.
The sections in which awards will be offered are Best Call Center, Best Call Center Manager, Best Call Center Supervisor, Best Call Center Agent, Best Telesales Agent, Best Call Center Trainer, Best Use of Technology, Best Support Center, Best Support Center Manager, Best Support Center Team Manager, Best Support Center Specialist, Best Partnership, Best Social Media in Customer Service, Best Technology Solution Provider, Best Online Customer Service and Best Training Program.
The entry period ends on March 15th, with the shortlist to be announced on March 20th.
