Image PR and Coca-Cola HBC received Gold Award at LACP Inspire Awards, organized by American League of Communication Professionals (LACP), for innovative instruments of employer brand communication.
The interactive infographic “Destination: management” was part of the campaign to communicate the employer brand Coca-Cola HBC, as the company launched, in 2012, its 1st edition of the Management Trainee recruiting program. The infographic presents attractively and in an easy to understand manner the recruitment program targeting students in the last year of faculty and graduates.
The jury appreciated the selection of the communication support; also, the clarity in sending the messages, in a way adapted to young generation’s values, were the elements that positioned the infographic as one of the most performant apps in the competition.
It is a joy to receive a Gold Award from LACP. In a competition of corporate materials, we managed to win this award with an interactive infographic, which confirms to us that our approach in the employer brand communication is correct: innovative visuals, focus on online and real interaction with young people

LACP Inspire Awards are awarding the most efficient and innovative corporate materials at international level. At this year’s edition, the competition received 550 apps from all over the world and Image PR’s infographic ranked 28 in top 50 best apps entered in the competition.
