TechHub Bucharest: Bill Autlet to present the steps for a successful start-up

TechHub Bucharest is organizing, on October 24th, a special edition of TechHub Meetup, having as special guest Bill Aulet, Senior Lecturer MIT Sloan School of Management and Managing Director Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship.

During the event, Aulet will present key aspects he treats in his book “Disciplined Entrepreneurship: 24 Steps to a Successful Startup”.

Bill Aulet is an entrepreneur and professor at MIT, one of the most famous and rigorous educational institutions in the world. He leaded entrepreneurial companies and educated thousands of entrepreneurs during the last 10 years. In April 2013, he received from MIT the award Adolf D. Monosson for entrepreneurial mentorship.

Aulet’s book shows to the readers how to create a successful startup developing an innovative product and developing a complex process in 24 steps, a set of good practices. Bill compiled in a single material all the practical and concrete information he would have liked to have 20 years ago, when he became an entrepreneur.

At the same event, other speakers will be Marius Ursache (founder and Chief Design Officer Grapefruit) and Andrei Marinescu (Co-Founder and CTO Appscend), with the discussions to be moderated by Ioana Hreninciuc (Marketing Director Hostway).

TechHub Meetups is a series of informal events that aim to bring together specialists in tech, entrepreneurs and tech community from Bucharest and region. The purpose of the meetings is to facilitate the share of know-how and experience between participants and to offer them the proper opportunity for quality networking.
