International short-films competition from LOT Polish Airlines

LOT Polish Airlines and MillionYou launched an international competition for 45-second film entries that inspire flying, with awards consisting in 20 plane tickets.

The competition – Veni Vidi Movie – asks entrants to prepare a short travel story on a LOT destination, showcasing its most interesting aspects to entice visitors. The subject can range from unusual food to interesting activities or beautiful vistas and the script is strictly up to one’s imagination.  The city can be the one where the filmmaker lives or that he visited, but it must be on LOT’s route system.

Once the film is complete, it can be uploaded to Lot’s website by clicking on the competition icon, with submissions to be received until May 22nd.

Viewers will choose from the best films pre-selected by a jury.  Plane tickets will be awarded in three categories – Grand Prix, Audience and Special Awards.  The Audience Award involves voting at www.millionyou.com.lot and on LOT’s Facebook page by clicking on “Glosuje na ten film” under the favored movie.  Winners will be announced on July 28th.
