We live times when we are demanded an idea that wasn’t made before and 3 examples on how it worked; in this context, strategy has a heavy word to say. So, during the last few months, we focused on building a strong Strategy Department. We want to be known not only for creativity, but also for the strategic contribution to our clients’ businesses, and Raluca has a key role in achieving this objective

Strategy isn’t optional in today’s climate of fragmented messages and consumers’ power position. I believe a strong department is the one that manages to find relevant and new angles for the categories it works for. Our role as planners is to simplify, to challenge and to inspire by turning apparently complicated problems to the essence. This process involves a profound understanding of the businesses, consumers and of the context. It involves also a very strong partnership with the marketing team. I believe also that there’s a huge potential for brands that have the courage to assume an attitude and / or to become useful for communities. A very good example is using technology that opens fascinating ways to simple and lateral ideas that overcome the huge budgets
