Mindshare Romania announces the launch of an internship program, scheduled for August and which will last for 3 months. This is the 1st internship made in Romania by the media agency, which is part of Mindshare network, included in GroupM, which oversees the media investment management sector for WPP.
With the internship program, the agency aims to increase its team of specialists by adding talented young people, with a feel and like for digital marketing and communication. According to agency’s representatives, the internship is open to students or graduates which have a feel for data analysis and are capable to understand the new generation of consumers.
The program will see 3 students and/or graduates acquiring media communication terminology and principles during an introduction period and, afterwards, they will work on real briefs, will be involved in brainstorming sessions and will learn how to make media plans for TV, radio, print and online. Besides accumulating experience and learning on-the job, the interns will also undergo 2 training programs, namely Digital Marketing and Media Planning & Buying, which will be held by a team of specialists from Mindshare and GroupM.
During the internship period, the ones selected within the program will work from 9.00 to 18.00 and will have a one hour launch break. After the internship period is over, one of the 3 interns will be selected for a permanent job within the agency after he/she will prove authenticity in thinking, orientation towards results and passion for digital.
