UPDATE: IAB Romania to hold IAB Forum on September 29th

IAB Romania organizes a new edition of its forum, with IAB Forum event scheduled to take lace on September 29th, at Athenee Palace Hilton Bucuresti.

The main theme of the event is “Journey to the Multi Screen World”, with IAB Forum to bring into discussion this year actual themes for the digital advertising industry, such are: digital creativity in multi-screen era, wearable technology and the way it created new interaction opportunities between brand and consumer, recommendations on brand’s interaction with consumers via smartphones, big data and its usage for a better relation with consumers, multi-screen as a profitable sales channel, trends and challenges in measuring and analyzing multi-screen campaigns, the future of display and rich media in the multi-screen context, view-ability and the importance of the new metrics for brand strategy, case studies and examples of multi-screen campaigns.

The speakers of this year’s edition of IAB Forum are Yannis Lapatas – MRM Germany, Anant Joshi – Meetric, Catălin Vasile – ING Bank, Daniela Florea – Founder and CEO Geo Strategies, Laurentiu Gheorghiu – Romanian Advertising Council, Bianca Vlaston – Hmedia, Irina Little  – EASA, Traian Nastase – Managing Partner iSense Solutions, Anant Joshi – Director of International Business Meetrics and Arina Ureche – General Manager BRAT(Romanian Bureau for Transmedia Audit)

Also, Romanian Advertising Council (RAC), co-organizer of the event, holds a special session dedicated to self-regulation in digital environment such are: the need of self-regulation in online advertising industry, the future of actions and efforts to regulate the industry, analysis and studies based on complaints received by RAC related to digital campaigns, a masterclass on OBA Framework implementation (especially for publishers and advertisers) and a Social Media workshop dedicated to marketing and brand managers working on advertisers side.

As every year, we will bring in online advertising industry’s attention trends and themes actual on local and international plan, but also “tabu” subjects, such are the regulations and self-regulation initiatives we are supporting and which are part of our mission to protect the digital industry. Our mission is for each participant to leave the conference with at least 3 ideas he will apply in the next day or with 3 themes he will treat with more attention in the future
