MasterCard encourages card payments in a campaign offering city-breaks to Paris

MasterCard started, in Romania, a campaign to encourage payments with MasterCard and Maestro cards, which runs until the end of this year under the tag line “From shopping to a Priceless city break in Paris”.

During the promotion, all clients who pay with the 2 mentioned cards issued by Romanian banks, both via POS and online, have a chance to win the 10 all inclusive city-breaks for two to Paris

We are ending the year in force, with the launch of the biggest MasterCard campaign in 2014, which completes our initiatives to educate and stimulate clients to make card payments at POS, especially to the contactless ones (…) We are continuing a concept that proved successful in our spring campaign, during which we addressed the pragmatic side of our clients, offering them useful prizes for day to day life; and now we are offering them 10 city-breaks to Paris with which they can evade the day-to-day life and live Priceless experiences

The promotion aims to stimulate contactless payments, with double points awarded for these payments compared to the standard payments. The total value of the awards is of over RON 100,000.
