Golden Hammer, international ad festival which reached its 18th edition this year, extended its submission deadline until May 5th.
The entries for the competition can be submitted via festival’s homepage, in one of the 14 competition categories (Film, Print, Outdoor, Radio, Digital and Mobile, Design and Branding, Media, Direct, Promo & Activation, Campaigns, PR, Craft, Content and Entertainment, and Social).
The jury of the competition will comprise advertising professionals from 16 different countries, from both major networks and outstanding independent creative agencies. The lists of finalists will be announced in May, while the winning works will be decided by the jury on May 31st. The festival’s events – conference and awards – will take place in Riga on June 2nd.
When it comes of jurors, the organizers announced the jury members and their presidents:
- Creative Jury – Jörg Riommi, Chief Creative Officer Publicis Romania / Publicis One
- PR Jury – presided by Saskia Wallner, Ketchum Global Partner and CEO Ketchum Austria
- Digital Jury – Jacque Pense, Creative Director thjnk Hamburg
- Communication – Chetan Murthy, Head of Strategy of Vizeum Global United Kingdom
Golden Hammer is a festival of creativity, which honors victories achieved, congratulates passionate projects and celebrates the awesomeness of bright minds that know no boundaries.

Golden Hammer evolved into a full-fledged international advertising festival in 1999, having established itself on the Latvian scene.
