FCB Bucharest appoints Corina Anghel as its new Head of Strategy, consolidates specialized team

FCB Bucharest consolidates its strategy department by appointing Corina Anghel as Head of Strategy and expanding the team in the start of the year. Corina has 10 years of experience within the Romanian advertising industry and works in strategic planning for 9; over the time, she was part of several team that won Effie awards.

Corina studied SNSPA and dedicated the first year of her career to research marketing. Afterwards, she discovered her passion for strategy and worked as a strategist until 2011. She took over strategy team’s coordination within the agency Propaganda afterwards and worked for brands from diverse categories (FMCG, retail, media, telecom, banking, CSR)

From FCB Bucharest’s strategy team are part also Oana Nedelea (8 years experience in advertising, 4 initial ones in digital then switched to brand communciation, worked for different brands such are¬†Skittles, Absolut Vodka, Opel, Bancpost, Avon, Coca-Cola, KFC, MasterCard) and Adelina Maritiu (5 years of experience in advertising during which she did copy, marketing and strategy for brands from different areas)

I believe the diversity of the strategic team is extremely beneficial. Oana started in digital, Adelina was a copywriter first, then worked in an NGO’s marketing department, and I did research before getting to strategy. This offers us different perspectives and makes projects’ approach more complex and more interesting
