CannesLions Romania and Product of the Year organize The Future of Brands

Business, CSR, Marketing

CannesLions Romania, in association with Product of the Year and together with Doru Mitrana – Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Certified Trainer – are inviting the Romanian marcomm community to attend “The Future of Brands”, an event that will take place on April 23rd, at Hilton Garden Inn in Bucharest.  The event aims to define the roles and profiles of intelligent brands in XXI century and to connect in a coherent story finance, politics, innovation and the contemporary communication.

Audiences’ expectations is mutating brands’ structure. Treating governments as hopeless cases, the society turns towards brands, demanding more and more from the most influential trademarks of the moment. Eradication of poverty, cleaning of the oceans, primary education for all, eradication of gender discrimination or stopping the global warmth, they all become the “business” of enlightened brands. At their turn, companies are under the pressure of making from CSR and innovation their new business mantra.

It is also the reason why, in 2018, Cannes Lions launches The Sustainable Development Goals Lions, intersecting for the first time the exigences of the United Nations with the imperatives of contemporary creativity, a direction to which all ambitious companies are invited to adhere
