Ioana Zamfir (Centrade | Cheil) is Romania’s juror at Eurobest 2018

Romanian ad agency Centrade | Cheil announced Ioana Zamfir’s selection as juror at Eurobest 2018, one of the most prestigious European festivals dedicated to excellence in creativity.

Ioana Zamfir began her advertising career in 2010. She joined Centrade | Cheil Romania in May 2018 as Creative Director. Previously, she held the Group Creative Director position with Mccann Bucharest. She has been awarded for her creative work at some of the most important industry festivals, including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, LIA Awards, Eurobest, Epica, Golden Drum, Effie and Fibra. One of her recent campaigns – “Bihor Couture” – has scored every metal color in both Cannes and Clio. During her years as copywriter, the international jury of Fibra Awards granted her the Copywriter of the Year in Romania award. She was also part of the Grand Jury of the New York Festivals.

I am extremely honored to represent Romania and the Centrade | Cheil team at the festival reuniting the elite of European creativity (…) I expect submissions that will raise the bar in the Brand Experience Activation & Direct category, and an extraordinary jury room experience, alongside professionals all over the world whom I respect deeply.

Eurobest – the European Festival of Creativity – is an annual event celebrating and rewarding creative excellence in creative communications, advertising and related fields in Europe. Initiated in 1988, Eurobest is one of the top awards for Europe’s creative advertising industry. It honors creativity in 14 entry sections: PR, Film, Print, Outdoor, Direct, Promo & Activation, Media, Interactive, Mobile, Radio, Design, Craft, Integrated and Branded Content & Entertainment. Every year, submissions are judged by panels of expert, high-profile jurors. They decide on an initial shortlist and then on which submissions should earn Grand Prix, Gold, Silver, and Bronze trophies. Winners are announced during the Eurobest Awards Ceremony, which concludes the Festival.
