Raluca Duță takes over as Digital Manager within L’Oréal Romania, becoming coordinator of the entire digital activity of the company. She will coordinate the digital communication for the 4 divisions of the company: L’Oréal Luxe, Mass consumption goods division, active cosmetics division and professional products one.
With over 8 years of experience in online and digital marketing, Raluca started working for L’Oréal two years ago. She was initially Digital Project Manager, then she coordinated the digital activity for the mass consumption goods division, from where she was promoted Digital Manager L’Oréal Romania and member in company’s board.
My objective for the new position is that, together with the team of specialists in digital, e-commerce and social media consolidated internally, to continue the digital transformation of the company so that, on long term, digital to be integrated in all company’s functions. During this entire journey, the consumer will be always in the center of our preoccupation and the challenge is to transform the business and the teams so we will remain permanently connected and relevant for today’s consumer, no matter the direction Today will change when it comes of digital and of consumer

If as Digital Manager for mass consumption goods division, Raluca handled the integrated digital communication for a selection of brands in L’Oréal portfolio (L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline and Garnier), she will take over the coordination of all four divisions under her new role. Raluca Duta will manage activities to support the business, from coordinating the accelerated growth strategy in e-commerce to growing consumer’s attachment towards the 20 brands in L’Oréal Romania’s portfolio. She will also focus, with her team, on growing digital platforms and compiling the international plans for digital perfectioning, together with the local and global HR teams.
