Serviceplan France + Babel + Madame Bovary win Road Safety Delegation (DSR) pitch

Following a competitive pitch launched in November 2018, the Road Safety Delegation (DSR) has selected the group composed of Serviceplan France, Babel and Madame Bovary.

The group comprised of Serviceplan France + Babel + Madame Bovary will be in charge of strategic advice, design and implementation of media and non-media communication actions of the DSR for the next 4 years (excluding digital, press relations and purchase of space).

Serviceplan France, directed by Alain Roussel, favours the development and realization of integrated communication concepts.  Since the beginning of 2019, Babel has set up a centre specializing in issues of general interest, headed by Eric Zajdermann. Madame Bovary, founded by Pascal Couvry, reconciles creation and corporate subjects.
